Yes, we provide carpet servicing for our customers. When you purchase a handmade carpet, you receive a one-year guarantee for servicing. This means that if there is a hidden defect within a year of purchase and with proper use, we will repair your carpet free of charge. Please note that this service only covers defects that were present at the time of purchase, and we will not repair carpets that were damaged due to improper use. If you want to order a silk carpet that is not currently available on our website, or if you want to create a custom carpet that is unique to your tastes and specifications, you have two payment options. You can either pay the full cost of the carpet upfront, or you can make an initial down payment of 30% and pay the remaining 70% when you receive the finished product. Whereas if your order is not custom, you will need to pay in full.
